Anil Kumar began his professional journey as an IT consultant with S.V Green Soft Tech (M) Sdn. Bhd. 2001 Onwards, He transitioned into roles involving project management, designing, installation, and training. This period marked the beginning of his extensive experience in handling complex projects. Anil Kumar played a pivotal role in forming a joint venture between Pre Unique (India) Private Limited (PUIPL) and Felda Global Ventures Bhd. (FGV), Malaysia. This collaboration underscores his ability to forge significant alliances and drive business growth in the oil palm sector.
VENKATA LAKSHMI PRASAD GUNDAPANENI
MR. GVL PRASAD, is a Chartered Accountant by profession and serves as a Director at Pre Unique (India) Private Limited. With over 40 years of experience, he plays a critical role in managing the financial aspects of the organization. Mr. Prasad holds the prestigious qualification of a Chartered Accountant, which underscores his expertise and professionalism in the field of finance. He brings over four decades of rich experience to Pre Unique (India) Private Limited, making him a cornerstone in the company’s financial management.
Mr. Prasad’s extensive experience covers several key areas. His auditing skills ensure that the company’s financial practices adhere to the highest standards of accuracy and transparency. He manages the company’s tax-related matters efficiently, optimizing tax strategies and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Mr. GVL Prasad’s extensive experience and expertise in finance, auditing, taxation, and company law have been pivotal to the financial management and success of Pre Unique (India) Private Limited.

Mr V Satyanarayana is the CEO of the company and manages the overall business of Pre Unique (India) Private Limited and Preunique Asia Private Limited. He is instrumental in designing and executing the EPC contracts and successfully increased the OER from 17% to 19% for Telangana Co-operative Oils Seeds Growers' Federation Limited and Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Oils Seeds Growers' Federation Limited. This significant improvement in OER highlights his capability in optimizing operational processes and achieving better yield and efficiency and increase of few clients. In a record time, he set up the six nurseries to cater to the needs of PUIPL Plantation Division and also supply of Seed material to TS Oil fed and other Organizations working in Oil Palm Sector.
